Define & Design

We start by listening to your requirements and understanding your PCB layout, test‑points and functional goals. Our engineers then create a mechanical and electrical design for your fixture, aligning pogo pins and connectors to your board and modelling the fixture in CAD to optimise ergonomics, accuracy and reliability. This up‑front design work ensures the finished solution meets your technical and budgetary targets.

Prototype & Development

Once the design is approved, we build the fixture prototype using a precision‑machined base. We integrate your PCBA, with external world: power supplier, measurement system and programmers. Pin mapping is flexible and up to your choice! Our iterative approach lets us refine the fixture quickly based on your feedback.

Manufacturing & Assembly

We transition the prototype into a production‑ready fixture, sourcing quality components and assembling the mechanical frame, pogo pin bed and wiring harnesses. Whether you need a bed‑of‑nails ICT fixture, a functional test system or a programming jig, we manage fabrication, assembly and calibration to ensure repeatable performance.

Programming & Functional Testing

If your product requires firmware programming or complex functional verification, we incorporate programming adapters a test signal connections ready for your automated measurement.

Integration & Delivery

We can integrate the fixture into your production line or create standalone end‑of‑line test stations(includes designing interfaces or adapters). Each fixture is delivered fully tested and ready to use, typically within 5–7 days depending on complexity

Help & Support

Our relationship doesn’t end at delivery. We provide technical support to your technicians and engineers, documentation, and maintenance services, including spare parts. We also offer upgrades or modifications as your product evolves and can analyse test data to help improve yields and process performance.
