Uploaded files: Uploaded technical files are stored on Backblaze B2 Cloud Storage. Backblaze acts as data processor. Files are used only for quotation, technical evaluation and production. Files are deleted within 90 days after quote closure or project completion, unless longer retention is required by contract, accounting, dispute management or customer agreement.
